Samsung appliances, including the ones with a mind of their own.

Samsung's lineup leans heavily on electronics — digital inverter compressors, touch panels, Wi-Fi-connected washers. That's great until an error code shows up with no obvious cause, which is where most of our Samsung calls start.

We service: French-door and side-by-side refrigerators, front-load washers, electric and gas dryers, dishwashers, and over-the-range microwaves.

Common Samsung issues we're called out for

Refrigerator ice maker freezing over

A known weak point on several Samsung French-door models — condensation building up around the ice maker assembly until it freezes solid. Usually a fan or drain design issue rather than a one-off fault.

Washer OE or dC error code

OE points to a drainage problem, dC to an unbalanced or overloaded drum. Both are diagnosable in a few minutes once the machine is open.

Dryer taking multiple cycles to dry

Samsung's sensor-dry cycles are sensitive to airflow restriction, so a partially blocked vent shows up faster on these machines than on older, dumber dryers.

Digital inverter compressor running constantly

These compressors modulate speed rather than switching fully off, so 'always running' isn't automatically a fault — but combined with warm temperatures it usually points at a sealed-system issue.

How the visit runs

1

Describe the symptom

Tell us the model and what it's doing. That's usually enough to load the right parts before the technician sets off.

2

We test before we touch anything

A technician runs brand-specific diagnostic steps rather than swapping parts on a guess.

3

You get a number, in writing

Parts and labour, quoted before any repair starts.

4

Fixed, tested, and warrantied

We run a full cycle before we leave, with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing.

Samsung questions we hear often

Does repairing a Samsung void any smart features?

No — repairs to mechanical or electrical components don't affect the SmartThings connectivity or app features.

Are Samsung parts hard to source?

Less than they used to be. Common wear parts are readily available; less common control boards on older models can take a few extra days.
